Encik Izwan Zainuddin

Chairman (Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad)

Izwan Zainuddin is currently the Chief Executive Officer of PERBADANAN USAHAWAN NASIONAL BERHAD (PUNB), a Government entity which was established to enhance the participation and involvement of Bumiputera in entrepreneurship and to develop dynamic, resilient, progressive Bumiputera in commercial and industrial community.

At the same time, he is currently the Chairman of Association of Development Finance Institutions Malaysia (ADFIM), an association with membership of 17 organizations of which 12 are Development Finance Institutions while 5 are Entrepreneur Development Organization.

Encik Jay Khairil Jeremy Abdullah

Vice Chairman I (Bank Simpanan Nasional)

Encik Jay Khairil Jeremy Abdullah was appointed as the Chief Executive and Executive Director of BSN on 3 February 2021.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Finance from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh Scotland, United Kingdom and a Higher Diploma in Management Accounting (LCCI Higher) from Systematic Group of Colleges Malaysia. He is a Chartered Banker and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. He is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Encik Jay Khairil Jeremy has over 20 years of experience in the banking industries.

Mr. Arshad Mohamed Ismail

Vice Chairman II: Exim Bank Malaysia

Arshad's most recent appointment was President / Group Chief Executive Officer of Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad (BPMB). Prior to BPMB, Arshad’s appointments include various leadership and management roles at Maybank Islamic Bhd, International Islamic Liquidity Management Corporation (IILM), Abu Dhabi’s Al Hilal Bank, Saudi Arabia’s Aayan Capital, HSBC Amanah in the United Arab Emirates, as well as being one of the pioneer members of CIMB Islamic.

Arshad holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the International Islamic University Malaysia and a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School, United Kingdom. He is a certified Chartered Banker with the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers and was elected to the SC-OCIS Fellowship in Islamic Finance at the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies in 2015.

Encik George Taitim Tulas

Chief Executive Officer (Sabah Credit Corporation)

Having served at the Sabah Credit Corporation for 26 years and during that period, he held several senior management positions such as Head of Information Technology Department, Head of Human Resources Department, Head of the Corporate Training Department and Chief Financial Officer, before assuming the main position of Chief Executive Officer.

He is an active rotarian under the Rotary Club of Kota Kinabalu for the past 11 years.

He is also an active member of the Sabah Computer Society and has served as President for 16 years from 1996 to 2012.

A Statutory Body that has aged 67 years old since the British Colonial Administration in North Borneo (now known as Sabah, Malaysia). Now governed under the Sabah State Ministry of Finance and operating as a financial institution with the main objective to help the socio-economic development of the State of Sabah.
