BANK Rakyat memperkenalkan Pusat Perniagaan Perusahaan Kecil dan Sederhana dan Koperasi (SME & Cooperatives Business Centre, SMEC) sebagai salah satu inisiatif memperkasakan sektor pembangunan keusahawanan negara.

Bank Rakyat menyasar untuk meluluskan pembiayaan RM1 bilion kepada perusahaan kecil dan sederhana (PKS) dan RM75 juta kepada usahawan mikro tahun ini.
